By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend confirming your reservation in advance to secure your preferred dates and property.
Guests must provide valid identification at check-in. Government-issued ID proof is required for all adult guests staying at the property.
Any damage to property will be chargeable. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or fixtures during their stay.
Check-in and check-out timings must be followed strictly. Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
The management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any illegal or disruptive activities.
Additional Terms
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification
- Guests must comply with all house rules during their stay
- Maximum occupancy limits must be adhered to
- Quiet hours must be respected (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- No pets allowed unless specifically approved
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
